  1. Fiona: This is a wonderful authentic recipe which was easy to make and did not take long to prepare. It reminded me of Kibbe. I am looking for a recipe for Pilic Eskander Kebab. I tried it in a restaurant it contained spicy tomato sauce, thin slices of chicken, slices of Pitta. And a butter sauce with garlic yoghurt. Can you post it for me please? Thank you! • Kevser: Thank you Fiona İskender (Eskander as you know) is not a type of dish cooked at home. I'm sure you saw or even ate döner kebab before, iskender is made with doner, so I don't have any recipes:) Best regards... June 12, 2016 2:17 pm
